Profiling is an alternative method to hydraulic excavation with the added benefits of quicker and neater excavation works. We understand heavy duty pavement construction, and through our extensive technical knowledge can offer solutions to deliver your projects to a high standard of quality.

From an environmental perspective, the profiled materials may be recycled thus reducing our carbon footprint. Quicker construction methods also mean safer worksites, with minimal disruptions to business and local traffic.

Patten Pavement Services has profiling machines ranging from Wirtgen Cold Miling Machines W350’s to W210’s. We also supply a variety of steel drum and multi tyre rollers, as well as a number of Skidsteer loaders with various attachments. We maintain a fleet of Kenworth semi-tippers and floats to safely load and unload machines to and from work sites. Our machines are available for hire upon request.

PPS employ experienced and competent Operators, Level hands and Labourers. We also recruit and develop keen Trainee Operators who are willing to learn and work hard. All Operators hold the appropriate licenses and utilise all the relevant OH&S Documentation on each site they work.

Here at PPS we follow the work, having successfully completed major profiling works at some of Australia’s biggest airports: Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide, Launceston, Devonport, Darwin RAAF, Tindal RAAF, Woomera RAFF, Amberley RAAF and Cocos Island. Rio Tinto airports completed include both Claremont and Pyramid Hill.
